- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I wanted to try Xing Yi to strengthen my neck and back. Shrfu Aaron was the ideal teacher for me. He helped me feel comfortable even though I had no previous experience in martial or internal arts. Studying Xing Yi with Shrfu Aaron definitely increased my strength, but I didn't anticipate the calming affect it would have on my mind. What a great experience.... my racing mind and very average body actually getting along with each other. A rare occurrence. I left my Xing Yi training workouts with more energy than when I came. Totally worth every minute. I highly recommend Phoenix Talon Internal Arts. I can't imagine a more qualified Internal Arts instructor than Shrfu Aaron. We are lucky he lives in Utah.
